He is a specialist in creating sustainable community in organizations. He is the founder and principal of Gozdz & Associates, an organization development firm which supports groups and organizations in incorporating new paradigm business perspectives.
Since 1986 he has worked with M. Scott Peck and The Foundation for Community Encouragement, Inc. to extend Peck's original model of community building, creating a technology for community making applicable within organizations. He has collaborated with Michael Ray of Stanford's Graduate School of Business to co-create The New Paradigm Business Course. He is working with Peter Senge at MlT's Organizational Learning Center to elaborate the link between learning organizations and creating sustainable learning communities.
Gozdz has managed a manufacturing facility, worked in the automotive industry, and owned a specialty services company. He has an undergraduate degree in chemistry and business administration as well as an M.A. in transpersonal psychology.
